Today’s topic is the airport.
그럼 바로 시작해볼까요?
Let’s get started right away!
첫 번째 문장: “여권을 보여주세요.”
The first sentence is, “Please show me your passport.”
공항에서 여권을 자주 보여줘야 해요.
At the airport, you often have to show your passport.
이 문장은 여권 검사나 체크인할 때 유용해요.
This sentence is useful during passport checks or check-ins.
두 번째 문장: “탑승 게이트가 어디예요?”
The second sentence is, “Where is the boarding gate?”
공항이 크니까 탑승 게이트를 찾는 게 어려워요.
Airports are big, so it can be hard to find the boarding gate.
이 문장은 탑승 시간 전에 게이트를 찾을 때 꼭 필요해요.
This sentence is essential when you need to find the gate before your boarding time.
세 번째 문장: “짐을 여기에 두면 되나요?”
The third sentence is, “Can I put my luggage here?”
공항에서는 짐을 어떻게 처리할지 물어봐야 할 때가 많아요.
At the airport, you often have to ask where to handle your luggage.
이 문장은 수하물을 맡기거나 보안 검사를 할 때 쓸 수 있어요.
You can use this sentence when you drop off your baggage or go through security checks.
네 번째 문장: “비행기는 몇 시에 출발해요?”
The fourth sentence is, “What time does the flight leave?”
비행기 출발 시간을 정확하게 아는 게 중요해요.
It’s important to know the exact departure time of your flight.
이 문장은 출발 시간을 확인하거나 비행기가 지연될 때 물어볼 수 있어요.
You can ask this to check the departure time or if your flight is delayed.
다섯 번째 문장: “화장실이 어디에 있어요?”
The fifth sentence is, “Where is the bathroom?”
공항에서는 오랜 시간 기다리니까 화장실 위치를 알아두는 게 좋아요.
Since you often wait a long time at the airport, it’s good to know where the bathroom is.
이 문장은 편안하게 기다리기 위해 꼭 알아야 해요.
This sentence is essential for a comfortable wait.

Today’s topic is about “the home.”

여러분 집에는 어떤 공간이 있어요?
What kind of spaces do you have in your home?
제 집에는 방이 세 개 있고, 거실이 있고, 화장실이 두 개, 그리고 부엌이 있어요.
My home has three rooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
한 방은 침실이고, 다른 한 방은 손님방, 그리고 나머지 한 방은 사무실이에요.
One room is the bedroom, another is a guest room, and the last one is an office.
한국의 집은 보통 이렇게 되어 있어요.
Korean homes are usually like this.
침실은 잠을 자는 방이에요.
The bedroom is the room where you sleep.
그리고 거실은 가족들이 함께 시간을 보내는 곳이에요.
The living room is where the family spends time together.
거실에는 보통 소파와 텔레비전이 있어요.
There is usually a sofa and a television in the living room.
다음은 부엌이에요.
Next is the kitchen.
부엌에서는 음식을 만들고, 요리를 해요.
In the kitchen, you cook and prepare food.
저는 주말마다 부엌에서 요리를 하는 걸 좋아해요.
I like to cook in the kitchen on weekends.
그리고 한국의 화장실에 대해 이야기해볼게요.
Now, let’s talk about bathrooms in Korea.
한국 집에는 욕실이 따로 있지 않고, 화장실 안에 샤워시설과 변기가 같이 있어요.
In Korean homes, there is no separate bathroom; instead, the shower and toilet are in the same bathroom.
그래서 한국의 화장실은 샤워와 세면을 한 공간에서 할 수 있어요.
So, in Korean bathrooms, you can shower and wash in the same space.
이렇게 한국 집 안의 여러 공간들을 소개했어요.

Today’s topic is about “Korean money.”

Have you ever seen Korean money?
한국에도 여러 종류의 돈이 있어요.
There are various types of money in Korea.
지폐도 있고 동전도 있어요.
We have paper bills and coins.
오늘은 한국의 화폐에 대해 알아볼 거예요.
Today, we will learn about Korean currency.
먼저 한국의 지폐를 소개할게요.
First, let me introduce Korea’s paper bills.
한국에는 천원, 오천원, 만원, 오만원 지폐가 있어요.
In Korea, we have 1,000 won, 5,000 won, 10,000 won, and 50,000 won bills.
천원은 가장 작은 금액의 지폐이고, 오만원은 가장 큰 금액의 지폐예요.
The 1,000 won is the smallest bill, and the 50,000 won is the largest bill.
천원 지폐에는 이황이라는 유명한 학자가 그려져 있어요.
The 1,000 won bill features a famous scholar named Yi Hwang.
오천원 지폐에는 율곡 이이라는 또 다른 학자가 있고, 만원 지폐에는 세종대왕이 있어요.
The 5,000 won bill has Yi I, another scholar, and the 10,000 won bill has King Sejong.
그리고 오만원 지폐에는 신사임당이라는 조선시대 여성이 그려져 있어요.
And the 50,000 won bill features Shin Saimdang, a woman from the Joseon Dynasty.
다음은 한국의 동전에 대한 이야기예요.
Next, let’s talk about Korean coins.
한국에는 10원, 50원, 100원, 500원 동전이 있어요.
In Korea, we have 10 won, 50 won, 100 won, and 500 won coins.
10원은 가장 작은 금액이고, 500원이 가장 큰 금액이에요.
10 won is the smallest coin, and 500 won is the largest coin.
옛날에는 1원과 5원 동전도 있었지만, 지금은 사용하지 않아요.
In the past, we also had 1 won and 5 won coins, but they are no longer used.
요즘에는 10원과 50원 동전도 점점 보기 어려워졌어요.
These days, it’s becoming harder to see 10 won and 50 won coins.
사람들이 보통 카드나 휴대폰 결제를 많이 사용해서 동전은 점점 사용하지 않게 됐어요.
People often use cards or mobile payments, so coins are used less and less.

여러분, 오늘이 무슨 날인지 알아요?
Do you know what day it is today?
오늘은 바로 추석 당일이에요.
Today is the actual day of Chuseok.
추석은 음력 8월 15일로, 한국에서 가장 큰 명절 중 하나예요.
Chuseok is celebrated on the 15th day of the lunar calendar’s August, and it’s one of the biggest holidays in Korea.
추석에는 모든 한국 사람들이 고향에 가거나 가족들을 만나는 날이에요.
During Chuseok, all Koreans travel to their hometowns or meet with their families.
저는 지금 서울에 살고 있고, 제 고향은 부산이에요.
I currently live in Seoul, but my hometown is Busan.
그래서 저는 작년 추석에는 가족들을 만나기 위해 부산에 갔었어요.
So, last year for Chuseok, I went to Busan to meet my family.
가족들과 함께 맛있는 음식을 먹고 술도 마시고 재미있게 보냈어요.
I had a great time eating delicious food and drinking alcohol with my family.
하지만 올해 추석에는 일이 너무 바빠서 고향에 내려갈 수 없었어요.
But this year, I’ve been too busy with work, so I couldn’t go to my hometown.
매일 일이 정말 많아요.
There’s just so much work every day.
그래서 이번 추석에는 가족들을 못 만나서 조금 아쉬워요.
So, I feel a little sad that I couldn’t meet my family this Chuseok.
내년 추석에는 꼭 고향에 돌아가서 가족들을 다시 만나고 싶어요.
Next year, I definitely want to go back to my hometown and meet my family again.

저는 오늘 오랜만에 쇼핑을 하고 왔어요.
Today, I went shopping for the first time in a while.
집 근처에 있는 옷가게에 갔다 왔는데요, 정말 다양한 옷이 많았어요.
I went to a clothing store near my house, and there were so many different clothes.
저는 평소에 쇼핑을 자주 안 해요.
I don’t usually shop often.
마지막 쇼핑은 아마 2년 전이었어요.
The last time I went shopping was probably two years ago.
오늘은 추석연휴 2번째 날이에요.
Today is the second day of the Chuseok holiday.
그래서 추석연휴를 기념하기 위해 쇼핑을 했어요.

Today’s topic is about the “Chuseok holiday.”

오늘부터 한국에서 추석연휴가 시작되었어요.
From today, the Chuseok holiday has begun in Korea.
이번 연휴는 토요일부터 다음 주 수요일까지 5일 동안 이어져요.
This time, the holiday lasts for five days, from Saturday until next Wednesday.
정말 긴 연휴죠?
It’s a really long break, right?
추석은 한국의 큰 명절 중 하나예요.
Chuseok is one of the biggest holidays in Korea.
추석에는 대부분의 사람들이 고향이나 부모님 집으로 가서 가족들을 만나요.
During Chuseok, most people travel to their hometowns or their parents’ house to meet their families.
그래서 한국의 고속도로는 차가 정말 많아요.
That’s why the Korean highways are really crowded.
하지만 저는 일이 너무 바빠서 고향에 갈 수 없어요.
But I can’t go to my hometown because I’m too busy with work.
요즘 일이 너무 많아요. 그래서 추석 연휴에도 매일 집에서 일해야 해요.
I have so much work these days. That’s why I have to work from home every day even during the Chuseok holiday.
추석연휴를 즐기는 사람들이 부러워요.
I envy people who enjoy the Chuseok holiday.
추석은 한국의 추수감사절이에요.
Chuseok is the Thanksgiving Day of Korea.
날짜는 음력 8월15일이라서 매년 달라져요.
The date is August 15th of the lunar calendar, so it varies every year.
추석에는 조상님들께 감사를 드리고 차례를 지내요.
During Chuseok, we give thanks to our ancestors and hold a ceremony called charye.
차례를 지낸 후에는 성묘를 하러 가요.
After the charye ceremony, people often visit their family graves to pay respects.
추석에 먹는 음식도 아주 중요해요.

In Korea, most people use Samsung phones.
하지만 요즘 아이폰16이 새로 출시되었어요.
But these days, the iPhone 16 has just been released.
그래서 아이폰 유저들이 정말 기대하고 있어요.
So, iPhone users are really excited.
오늘 기사를 봤는데, 벌써 모든 아이폰16이 품절되었다고 해요.
I read an article today, and it said that all the iPhone 16s are already sold out.
그래서 아이폰16을 사고 싶어도 살 수 없어요.

Do you go on a diet often?
저는 다이어트를 자주 하려고 하는데, 사실 쉬운 일이 아니에요.
I try to diet often, but honestly, it’s not easy.
저는 음식을 정말 좋아해요.
I really love food.
그래서 다이어트를 시작해도, 맛있는 음식을 보면 쉽게 포기하게 돼요.
So even if I start dieting, I quickly give up when I see delicious food.
특히 제가 제일 좋아하는 음식은 떡볶이와 치킨이에요.
Especially, my favorite foods are tteokbokki and chicken.
이런 음식을 먹으면 정말 행복하지만, 다이어트할 때는 참기가 어려워요.
Eating these foods makes me really happy, but it’s hard to resist when I’m on a diet.

다이어트를 할 때는 식단 관리와 운동이 중요해요.
When dieting, it’s important to manage your diet and exercise.

When I’m dieting, I try to pay attention to the calories I eat.
그리고 야채와 단백질이 많은 음식을 먹으려고 노력해요.
I also try to eat foods that are rich in vegetables and protein.
운동도 다이어트의 중요한 부분이에요.
Exercise is also an important part of dieting.
저는 주로 걷기나 조깅을 해요.
I mainly do walking or jogging.
요즘엔 시간이 없어서 매일 운동을 하지는 못하지만, 최소한 일주일에 세 번은 하려고 해요.
These days, I don’t have much time, so I can’t exercise every day, but I try to do it at least three times a week.
다이어트를 꾸준히 하기는 정말 힘들지만, 건강을 위해서 꼭 필요해요.
It’s really hard to stick to a diet, but it’s essential for our health.
체중을 조절하면 몸이 더 가벼워지고, 기분도 좋아져요.
When you manage your weight, your body feels lighter, and you feel better mentally.

휴가는 우리의 인생에서 꼭 필요한 것 같아요.
I think vacations are something we really need in life.
한국의 회사는 보통 여름에 여름휴가를 가요.
In Korea, companies usually take summer vacations.
날씨가 제일 더운 7월 말에서 8월 초에 보통 일주일 동안 여름휴가가 있어요.
From the end of July to the beginning of August, when the weather is hottest, there’s usually a week of summer vacation.
그때 사람들은 보통 여행을 가거나 집에서 쉬어요.
At that time, people usually go on a trip or rest at home.
저도 예전에 회사에 다닐 때는 여름휴가를 즐길 수 있었어요.
When I used to work for a company, I could enjoy summer vacations.
하지만 지금은 프리랜서로 일하고 있어서 휴가가 없어요.
But now, I work as a freelancer, so I don’t have official vacations.
요즘 너무 바빠서 휴가를 갈 수 없었어요.
I’ve been so busy these days that I couldn’t take a vacation.

I really love camping.
그리고 한국에서 캠핑은 정말 인기 있는 활동이에요.
And camping is a really popular activity in Korea.
주말이면 많은 사람들이 캠핑장에 가서 캠핑을 즐겨요.
On weekends, many people go to campgrounds to enjoy camping.
가족이나 친구들과 함께 캠핑을 가서 자연을 느끼고 시간을 보내는 거죠.
They go camping with family or friends to enjoy nature and spend time together.
캠핑을 하면 여러 가지 재미있는 활동을 할 수 있어요.
When you go camping, you can do a variety of fun activities.
예를 들어, 바비큐를 하거나 불멍을 하며 밤하늘의 별을 볼 수 있어요.
For example, you can have a barbecue, sit by the campfire, and watch the stars in the night sky.
자연 속에서 산책을 하거나 낚시도 할 수 있죠.
You can also go for a walk in nature or even fish.
모닥불을 피우고 이야기를 나누면 정말 힐링이 돼요.
It’s really relaxing to light a fire and share stories.
하지만 캠핑에는 장점도 있고 단점도 있어요.
However, camping has its advantages and disadvantages.
먼저, 캠핑의 장점은 자연 속에서 휴식을 취할 수 있다는 거예요.
First, the advantage of camping is that you can relax in nature.
도시에서 벗어나 공기가 맑은 곳에서 시간을 보내면 스트레스가 풀려요.
Getting away from the city and spending time in a place with fresh air helps relieve stress.
하지만 캠핑의 단점은 날씨에 영향을 많이 받는다는 거예요.
But the disadvantage of camping is that it is heavily influenced by the weather.
비가 오거나 추운 날씨에는 캠핑이 어려울 수 있어요.
If it rains or if the weather is cold, camping can be challenging.
그리고 준비해야 할 장비도 많아요.
And there’s a lot of gear you need to prepare.
텐트, 침낭, 음식 등 챙겨야 할 것들이 많아서 짐이 많아질 수 있어요.
You need to pack a tent, sleeping bags, food, and other things, which can result in heavy luggage.

Although camping isn’t always easy, spending a day in nature can be a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

거의 매일 가요.
I go almost every day.
한국에는 편의점이 정말 많아요.
There are so many convenience stores in Korea.
어디를 가든지 쉽게 편의점을 찾을 수 있어요.
No matter where you go, you can easily find a convenience store.
한국에서 제일 유명한 세 가지 편의점은 CU, GS25, 그리고 세븐일레븐이에요.
The three most famous convenience stores in Korea are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven.
특히 CU편의점이 제일 많아요.
CU has the most locations.
제 집 근처에도 CU편의점이 있어서 걸어서 갈 수 있어요.
There’s a CU near my house, so I can walk there.
한국의 편의점에는 정말 많은 물건들이 있어요.
Korean convenience stores have so many items.
음식, 간식, 음료, 술, 그리고 생활용품 등 생활에 필요한 모든 물건들이 있어요.
They sell food, snacks, drinks, alcohol, and daily necessities, among other things you need in life.
그리고 편의점의 좋은 점은 24시간 운영된다는 거예요.
Another great thing about convenience stores is that they are open 24 hours.
늦은 시간에도 언제든지 방문할 수 있어서 정말 편리해요.
It’s very convenient because you can visit anytime, even late at night.

I often have a simple meal from the convenience store.

오늘은 “뮤지컬”에 대해 이야기해볼 거예요.

Do you like musicals?
저는 오늘 뮤지컬을 보고 왔어요.
I watched a musical today.
그래서 서울 혜화역에 갔다 왔어요.
So I went to Hyehwa Station in Seoul.
혜화역에는 극장이 정말 많아요.
There are a lot of theaters at Hyehwa Station.
저는 극장에서 영화를 자주 봤어요.
I often watch movies at the theater.
그런데 지금까지 뮤지컬을 본 적이 없어요.
But until today, I had never seen a musical.
그래서 오늘 제 인생에서 처음으로 뮤지컬을 봤어요.
So today, I watched a musical for the first time in my life.
뮤지컬 제목은 사의찬미였어요.
The title of the musical was “Sarin’s Hymn.”
그런데 조금 실망했어요.
But I was a bit disappointed.
배우가 3명만 나왔고, 무대는 하나밖에 없었어요.
There were only three actors, and there was only one stage set.
두 시간이었는데 조금 지루했어요.
It was two hours long, and I found it a bit boring.
스토리가 이상했고, 노래도 조금 시끄러웠어요.
The story was strange, and the songs were a little loud.
저는 뮤지컬이랑 잘 안 맞는 것 같아요.
I think musicals don’t really suit me.
저는 영화가 더 좋아요.
I prefer movies.
그리고 뮤지컬은 가격이 정말 비싸요.
And musicals are really expensive.
표 가격이 생각보다 많이 비쌌어요.
The ticket price was much higher than I expected.

오늘은 “청소”에 대해 이야기해볼 거예요.
Today, we will talk about “cleaning.”

Do you like cleaning?
청소를 얼마나 자주 해요?
How often do you clean?
저는 보통 일주일에 한 번 청소를 해요.
I usually clean once a week.
저는 일요일마다 집 전체를 청소해요.
I clean the whole house every Sunday.
청소는 여러 가지 종류가 있어요.
There are many types of cleaning.
먼저, 바닥 청소가 있어요.
First, there’s floor cleaning.
저는 청소기로 바닥을 깨끗하게 청소해요.
I use a vacuum cleaner to clean the floors.
그리고 물걸레로 바닥을 닦아요.
I also mop the floors with a wet cloth.
다음으로, 먼지 제거도 중요해요.
Next, dusting is important.
책장이나 가구 위에 먼지가 쌓이면 건강에 안 좋아요.
It’s not good for your health if you get dust on your bookshelf or furniture
그래서 저는 자주 먼지를 닦아요.
So, I often wipe off the dust.
그리고 욕실 청소예요.
And it’s cleaning the bathroom.
욕실은 물을 많이 사용하기 때문에 곰팡이가 생기기 쉬워요.
Bathrooms use a lot of water, so mold can easily grow.
그래서 자주 욕실을 청소해야 해요.
That’s why I have to clean the bathroom often.
설거지
Dishwashing
설거지는 식사를 마친 후에 꼭 해야 해요.
You must wash the dishes after you finish your meal.
저는 보통 손으로 설거지를 하지만, 요즘에는 식기세척기를 사용하는 사람들도 많아요.
I usually wash dishes by hand, but nowadays, many people use dishwashers.
설거지를 할 때는 물과 세제를 사용해서 깨끗하게 닦아야 해요.
When washing dishes, you should use water and detergent to clean thoroughly.
설거지를 하고 나면 부엌이 훨씬 깨끗해져요.
After washing the dishes, the kitchen feels much cleaner.
마지막으로, 분리수거도 중요한 청소 중 하나예요.
Finally, recycling is also an important part of cleaning.
한국에서는 분리수거를 꼭 해야 해요.
In Korea, we have to do recycling separately.
플라스틱, 종이, 유리, 음식물 쓰레기 등을 따로 분리해서 버려야 해요.
You have to separate plastics, paper, glass, and food waste.
그래서 쓰레기를 버리기 전에 꼭 분리수거를 해야 해요.
So, you must recycle before throwing out your trash.
분리수거는 환경을 보호할 수 있는 좋은 방법이에요.
Recycling is a good way to protect the environment.

요즘 한국 음식이 전 세계적으로 인기가 많다고 들었어요.
I heard that Korean food is becoming popular all around the world these days.
저도 여러 나라의 음식들 중에 한식을 가장 좋아해요.
Among foods from many countries, I like Korean food the most.
한국음식은 야채가 많아서 건강하고, 너무 무겁지 않아서 간단하게 먹기 편한 음식인 것 같아요.
Korean food has a lot of vegetables, so it’s healthy, and it’s not too heavy, making it easy to eat.
그럼 오늘은 대표적인 한국음식을 소개해볼게요.
So, today, I will introduce some representative Korean dishes.
김치
Kimchi
김치는 한국을 대표하는 음식이에요.
Kimchi is a dish that represents Korea.
배추나 무에 고춧가루와 여러 양념을 넣어서 만들어요.
It’s made with napa cabbage or radish mixed with chili powder and various seasonings.
김치는 거의 모든 한국음식과 함께 먹어요.
Kimchi is eaten with almost every Korean meal.
김밥
Kimbap
김밥은 한국식 초밥이라고 생각하면 돼요.
Kimbap is like Korean-style sushi rolls.
밥과 여러 재료를 김으로 싸서 만든 음식이에요.
It’s made by wrapping rice and various ingredients in seaweed.
간편하게 먹을 수 있어서 도시락으로 많이 먹어요.
It’s easy to eat, so people often have it as a packed lunch.
잡채
Japchae
잡채는 당면과 야채, 고기를 볶아서 만든 음식이에요.
Japchae is made by stir-frying glass noodles with vegetables and meat.
달고 짭짤한 맛이 있어서 많은 사람들이 좋아해요.
It has a sweet and savory flavor that many people love.
특히 명절이나 특별한 날에 자주 먹어요.
It’s often eaten during holidays or on special occasions.
불고기
Bulgogi
불고기는 얇은 고기를 양념에 구운 음식이에요.
Bulgogi is thinly sliced meat marinated and grilled.
달콤하고 부드러워서 맛있어요.
It’s delicious because it’s sweet and soft.
그리고 쌈에 싸서 먹으면 정말 맛있어요.
and, It’s really delicious when wrapped in lettuce.
삼계탕
Samgyetang
삼계탕은 닭 안에 찹쌀, 대추, 인삼 등을 넣고 끓인 음식이에요.
Samgyetang is made by boiling a whole chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, jujubes, and ginseng.
뜨거운 국물과 부드러운 닭고기 덕분에 여름철에 몸보신으로 많이 먹어요.
Because of its hot soup and tender chicken, it’s often eaten in the summer to boost stamina.
떡볶이
Tteokbokki
떡볶이는 매콤한 고추장에 떡과 어묵을 넣고 끓인 음식이에요.
Tteokbokki is made by simmering rice cakes and fish cakes in a spicy gochujang sauce.
매운맛과 달콤한 맛이 잘 어울려서 간식으로 인기가 많아요.
The combination of spicy and sweet flavors makes it a popular snack.
한국음식은 이렇게 다양하고 맛있는 음식이 많아요.
Korean food has many diverse and delicious dishes.

오늘은 “커피”에 대해 이야기해볼 거예요.
Today, we will talk about “coffee.”

Do you like coffee?
커피를 얼마나 자주 마셔요?
How often do you drink coffee?
저는 보통 커피를 안 좋아해요.
I usually don’t like coffee.
왜냐하면 커피를 마실 때마다 배가 아프거든요.
Because whenever I drink coffee, I get a stomachache.
그리고 저는 정말 예민한 성격이라서 커피를 많이 마시면 그날 잠을 잘 못 자요.
And I’m very sensitive, so if I drink too much coffee, I can’t sleep well that night.
그래서 평소에 커피를 안 마시고 가끔 마셔요.
So I usually don’t drink coffee and only have it occasionally.
그런데 한국 사람들은 커피를 정말 좋아해요.
But Korean people really love coffee.
보통 아침, 점심, 저녁으로 커피를 마시고, 점심 식사 후에는 꼭 아메리카노를 마셔요.
They usually drink coffee in the morning, at lunch, and dinner, and they always have an Americano after lunch.
이건 한국의 문화인 것 같아요.
I think this is part of Korean culture.
회사에서 점심시간에 식당에서 점심을 먹고 나서 카페에 가서 아메리카노를 마셔요.
At work, after eating lunch at the cafeteria during lunch break, people go to a café to have an Americano.
식사 후에는 입에 냄새가 나는데, 커피를 마시면 커피 향이 나서 좋아요.
After a meal, your breath might smell, but if you drink coffee, it leaves a nice coffee scent.
그리고 저는 요즘 빽다방이라는 카페에 매일 가요.
These days, I go to a café called Paik’s Coffee every day.
요즘 날씨가 아주 더운데요. 빽다방에 있는 빽스치노라는 커피를 매일 마셔요.
The weather is really hot lately, so I drink a coffee shake called Beksccino from Paik’s Coffee every day.
카푸치노 맛이 나고, 쉐이크로 되어 있어서 정말 시원하고 맛있어요.
It tastes like cappuccino, and it’s really cool and delicious because it’s made of shakes.

How is your health?
건강을 잘 관리하고 있나요?
Are you taking good care of your health?
우리가 오래오래 건강하게 살기 위해서는 건강을 잘 관리해야 돼요.
To live a long and healthy life, we need to take good care of our health.
저는 요즘 운동을 안 하고, 야식도 매일 먹어서 살이 정말 많이 쪘어요.
Lately, I haven’t been exercising, and I eat late-night snacks every day, so I’ve gained a lot of weight.
그리고 요즘 몸이 정말 피곤하고 건강이 나빠지고 있는 것 같아요.
Also, I feel really tired these days, and it seems like my health is getting worse.
다이어트를 시작하고 싶은데 아직도 시작하지 못했어요.
I want to start a diet, but I haven’t been able to start it yet.
다이어트를 시작하는 것은 정말 어려운 것 같아요.
Starting a diet is really difficult.
그렇지만 건강을 지키기 위해서는 운동과 식단관리가 중요해요.
However, to maintain good health, exercise and diet management are important.
운동을 하면 체력을 키우고, 스트레스도 해소할 수 있어요.
When you exercise, you build stamina and relieve stress.
운동은 매일 조금씩 꾸준히 하는 것이 좋아요.
It’s good to exercise consistently, even if it’s just a little bit every day.
예를 들어, 매일 30분씩 걷기나 조깅을 해보세요.
For example, try walking or jogging for 30 minutes every day.
또한, 스트레칭이나 요가도 건강에 도움이 돼요.
Stretching or doing yoga is also helpful for your health.
식단관리도 매우 중요해요.
Diet management is also very important.
건강한 음식을 먹으면 몸이 더 좋아져요.
When you eat healthy food, your body becomes stronger.
과일과 채소를 많이 먹고, 설탕과 기름진 음식을 피하는 것이 좋아요.
It’s good to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and avoid sugars and fatty foods.
그리고 물을 많이 마셔야 해요.
Also, you should drink plenty of water.
하루에 적어도 2리터의 물을 마시면 몸에 수분을 공급해줘요.
Drinking at least 2 liters of water a day keeps your body hydrated.
물을 많이 마시면 피부도 좋아지고, 피로도 풀려요.
Drinking a lot of water improves your skin and relieves fatigue.
저도 이제부터는 운동을 시작하고, 식단을 관리하려고 해요.
I’m also planning to start exercising and managing my diet from now on.

추석에는 가족들과 함께 음식을 나누고, 조상을 위해 제사를 지내요.
On Chuseok, we share food with our family and hold a memorial rite for our ancestors.

예전에는 영화를 자주 봤어요.
I used to watch movies often.
그런데 요즘에는 너무 바빠서 가끔 시간이 있을 때 영화를 봐요.
But these days, I’m so busy that I only watch movies when I have time.
여러분은 영화를 어디에서 봐요?
Where do you watch movies?
영화는 집에서 볼 수도 있고, 영화관에서 볼 수도 있어요.
You can watch movies at home or at the theater.
영화를 집에서 보는 것과 영화관에서 보는 것의 장단점을 비교해볼까요?
Let’s compare the pros and cons of watching movies at home and at the theater.
먼저, 집에서 영화를 보면 너무 편해요.
First of all, watching movies at home is so comfortable.
집에서는 편한 옷을 입고, 좋아하는 음식을 먹으면서 영화를 볼 수 있어요.
At home, you can wear comfortable clothes and eat your favorite food while watching.
그리고 언제든지 영화를 멈추고 다시 시작할 수 있어요.
You can also pause and resume the movie anytime.
하지만 집에서는 영화관처럼 큰 화면과 좋은 소리를 즐길 수 없어요.
But at home, you can’t enjoy the big screen and good sound like in a movie theater.
반면에 영화관에서 영화를 보는 것의 장점은 대형 스크린과 강력한 음향이에요.
On the other hand, the advantage of watching movies at the theater is the big screen and powerful sound.
그래서 영화관에서 영화를 보면 영화가 더 재미있게 느껴져요.
So when I watch movies in the movie theater, I think the movie is more interesting.
하지만 영화관에서는 시간을 맞춰야 하고, 다른 사람들과 함께 봐야 해요.
But at the theater, you have to match the showtime and watch with others.
요즘은 OTT 서비스가 발달해서 많은 사람들이 집에서 영화를 봐요.
Nowadays, with the development of OTT services, many people watch movies at home.
넷플릭스나 디즈니플러스 같은 서비스에 월정액을 내고, 다양한 영화를 언제든지 편하게 볼 수 있어요.
By paying a monthly subscription for services like Netflix or Disney Plus, you can easily watch a variety of movies anytime.
저도 요즘에는 주로 집에서 OTT 서비스를 통해 영화를 봐요.
I also mostly watch movies at home through OTT services these days.
편안한 소파에 앉아서, 좋아하는 간식을 먹으면서 영화를 보는 것이 정말 좋아요.
It’s really nice to sit on a comfortable sofa, eat my favorite snacks, and watch a movie.
